RETURNS AND COMPLAINTS

You can return and return Be Fox products within 14 calendar days from when the courier delivers the package to you.

To make a return:

You must have an account in the store at the same email address from which you placed your order. The account will allow for efficient

On the card it is necessary to indicate the order number, account number to be returned, name and surname of the recipient.

In the middle of the package attach a card with the order number.

According to the policy, the store does not have the possibility to exchange products.

Please keep your parcel tracking number in case you lose your parcel.
